Challenge
Consistent Quality and Pace Across a Nationwide Retail Network
Retail branding for Kavir Cellulose Industries’ contracted stores across Iran — including Tehran, Isfahan, East Azerbaijan, Khuzestan, Markazi, Qom, Yazd and Kerman — required a solution adapted to the different dimensions and physical conditions of each location.
The central challenge was to coordinate site measurements, design adaptation, production, distribution and installation across multiple cities while maintaining consistent quality and execution pace throughout the network.
Execution
Nationwide Coordination Through Local Teams
Following production, materials were shipped to their destination cities, with installation coordinated through BADBAN’s local field teams. This local coordination enabled project activities to progress simultaneously across multiple provinces. By aligning production, distribution and installation schedules with the requirements of each store, BADBAN worked to maintain a consistent execution process, quality standards and pace across different locations.
Reporting & Documentation
Following installation, store-level execution was recorded and reports were prepared. This provided visibility into project progress across locations and supported follow-up on completed work against the planned execution process.
