OOH · Store Refurbishment
Daewoo | Retail in Motion
A range of retail implementation services for Daewoo branches, tailored to each location's requirements. From floor preparation and wall cladding to guideline-compliant retail modules, storefront signage, and electrical work, the project relied on coordinated teams, consistent quality standards, and thorough documentation.
Challenge
Diverse Services, Consistent Standards
Each Daewoo branch had different requirements, meaning the scope of work varied by location. This diversity required coordination across multiple execution teams, while maintaining the client's quality expectations, brand guidelines, and accurate reporting throughout the process.
The central challenge was to manage a broad range of services across different branches without allowing operational complexity to compromise coordination, quality, or documentation.
Concept
Tailoring the Solution to Each Branch
Rather than applying a fixed solution to every store, the scope of services was adapted to the requirements of each location. Team coordination and sequencing were planned to connect infrastructure work, space preparation, and retail fixture installation within an organized execution process.
Brand compliance, quality control, HSE requirements, and reporting were treated as integral parts of project delivery.
Execution
Store Preparation and Refurbishment
At the featured branch, the floor was first finished with parquet flooring as part of the leveling and refurbishment process. MDF panels were then used to cover the walls, preparing the space for the subsequent fit-out stages.
Retail Module Production and Installation
Retail modules were built and installed in accordance with the brand's guidelines. Compliance with the prescribed design standards, alongside the quality of production and installation, was a key consideration.
Storefront Signage
The scope for this branch also included storefront signage, extending the brand's visual identity to the exterior of the retail space.
Electrical Work and HSE
Electrical work was carried out as required by the project. HSE requirements were observed throughout the execution process.
Team Coordination and Documentation
Given the range of services involved, coordination between execution teams and the sequencing of activities were essential. Accurate and complete reporting supported the documentation of the work carried out at each stage.
/ 04 Outcome
Branch-Specific Execution, Aligned with Brand Standards The varied requirements of Daewoo branches were addressed through a location-specific approach. At the featured store, floor preparation, wall cladding, retail module production and installation, storefront signage, and electrical work were brought together within a coordinated process. Team coordination, attention to the client's quality expectations, HSE compliance, and thorough reporting formed the framework for project delivery.
